Xiaomi has unveiled its latest flagship Mi Mix 2 in Indian Market exclusively via flipkart. Truly Xiaomi has made an impressive mobile with its design of near bazelless mobile, which will be a definite contender in sub 35k market in Indian market giving a neck to neck competition for Nokia, OP, Samsung, Apple in this price range.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is almost a bezel less mobile giving a screen space of 5.9" that is 0.4" extra space when compared to other typical 5.5" mobiles and without being bulky and huge with 18:9 aspect ratio.
Mi Mix 2 comes with Ceramic Body as a limited edition mobile, equipped with Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage which will take care of day to day needs for heavy users.
Mi Mix 2 equipped with 3300mAh battery, which has become a common parameter now a day even with entry level phones. But we need to check how well the battery backup comes in day to day usage, a being completely bezel less, Mix 2 should have been equipped with minimum of 4000mAh. Since Quick charge is being supported here, this shouldn't be a major concern.
Unlike from current trend where mobiles are coming with 2 rear cameras, Mi Mix 2 is coming with single rear camera with Image stabilization technology and 4K HD video capturing. And front camera is equipped with 5MP camera with beautification tools. Even slow motion videos with 120fps can be captured with mobile.
Priced at INR 35,999, Xiaomi offers decent features, but we need to wait and see how exactly it is going to perform against it peers !!
